Strong leadership starts with insight. This training teaches managers how to work with Deepler results.
Your organization starts with Deepler - a powerful step towards data-driven leadership and sustainable organizational development. But what happens after the first measurements have been taken? How do you ensure that the results really lead to better conversations, targeted actions and tangible change? Deepler's Kick-Off Training helps managers get started effectively right away.
Why this training?
A measurement alone changes nothing. The impact only occurs when managers learn how to properly interpret and use the insights from Deepler. In practice, we see that many managers ask themselves:
During this training, managers receive concrete tools to work with Deepler results. The training is structured around three pillars:
The Kick-off Training answers this. In a compact part of the day, we create a solid foundation so that your managers can confidently take the first steps in working with Deepler.
What do you learn in this training?
1. Read and understand results
We explain how the dashboard is structured, how scores are created, and how to interpret segmentations and trends. Managers learn to distinguish between main lines and patterns of detail - and what they say about their own team.
2. Data-based interviews
Data is the start of the conversation, not the end point. That's why we practice having meaningful team conversations based on the results. We cover techniques to safely and constructively discuss themes such as workload, cooperation or leadership.
3. Define first actions and stimulate ownership
Managers get insight into how they can formulate the first improvement actions, and how they can create ownership within the team. We also make the link to the sequel: how do you maintain rhythm and keep the movement?
Why start with a kick-off?
The Kick-off Training is intended to get Deepler's adoption into the organization off to a good start right away. Managers are the key to the success of data-driven organizational development. If they know how to work with the insights, it accelerates the impact and increases support in the organization.
Without good onboarding, dashboards will stick around. With a kick-off, we create activation from day one.
