The Deepler Basic Certification is designed for HR professionals, team coaches, and internal advisors who want to use Deepler's power to engage in conversations, build support, and guide initial interventions.

In one day, you will learn how to meaningfully interpret research results and translate them into concrete next steps - within the team or the wider organization.

Why this certification?

What do you learn?

Deepler is more than a measurement system - it is a catalyst for organizational development. That is why during certification, we not only cover the dashboard, but also the basic principles of interpretation, advice and change.

1. Read the dashboard and give it meaning

You will learn how scores are structured, how to recognize underlying patterns and how to derive the right insights from them. In addition, you will learn the distinction between signals that require rapid action and themes that require in-depth dialogue.

2. Structuring and supervising feedback

We train you to build strong feedback. How do you include teams in the results without falling into numbers? How do you make space for reflection and movement? You practice with a feedback structure that ensures openness and direction.

3. Advising on first interventions

This phase is about getting off to a good start. You will learn how to initiate major change with small interventions. Think of recognizing quick wins, supporting managers and smartly activating teams.

What can you do afterwards?

After the Deepler Basic Certification, you are able to independently feedback research results, make an initial interpretation and take an advisory role within your organization. You are the link between measurement and conversation - and therefore of great value to Deepler's success in your organization.
