From data to strategy: become the internal expert in organizational change with Deepler.
At a time when employee experience, agility and retention are becoming increasingly strategic themes, it is essential to go beyond signaling alone. The Deepler Pro Certification is the course for professionals who want to guide their organization based on facts, insights and direction.
Over three intensive days, you will be trained as a strategic advisor based on Deepler data. You'll learn how to translate complex insights into effective intervention plans, how to organize change, and how to measure what it delivers.
Who is this course for?
The Pro Certification has been developed for HR strategists, organizational advisors and change managers who not only want to understand what is going on in the organization, but also want to determine what needs to be done — and how to ensure that.
Participants are able to run projects independently with Deepler: from baseline measurement to effect measurement.
What do you learn?
The course combines theory and practice. Based on real customer cases, proven change models and insights from Deepler, participants learn how to shape the entire advisory process. The training consists of three parts:
1. From insights to interpretation and advice
You will learn how to analyse and interpret research results in depth, including recognizing organisational patterns, dealing with anomalous signals and structuring your advice logic. We pay attention to differences between management priorities and employee perception.
2. Designing and supervising interventions
You develop an integrated intervention plan based on the insights. In addition, you will learn to apply the logic of change models, distribute ownership and bring rhythm to implementation. We pay a lot of attention to collective intelligence, framing and mobilizing employees.
3. Impact measurement, evaluation and assurance
You will learn how to monitor and evaluate change interventions. Examples include preparing good measurements, carrying out an impact measurement and writing an evaluation and adjustment report. You will also learn how to work with the project environment (Track) within Deepler.
What can you do afterwards?
After this course, you will be a certified Deepler Pro. You can independently use Deepler as a strategic tool in organizational development. You are able to supervise the entire process — from diagnosis to assurance — including data-driven advice, intervention design and effect measurement.
